This striking tall specimen is a remnant planting of the original garden around the former Chalet, owned and planted by Phil Mayer. The chalet burned down in 1973. Current owners are planning to redevelop the site and restore the garden.
This tree is located on the Old Chalet site, Warburton, on the south of the Warburton Highway, just west of Scotchman Creek.
