MULLOCK HEAP (H 24) - History
Heritage Inventory History of Site: The land surrounding this site was first purchased on 11/3/1853 by R. Tucker and J. Boundy. No specific reference to the site has been found , but the site is adjacent to land leased by the London and Melbourne Gold Company from the mid 1860s to the early 1870s.

MULLOCK HEAP (H 24) - Heritage Inventory Description
A low mullock heap, approximately 30 x 40 metres and 4 metres high. An adjacent area above the heap to the west appears to have been deliberately flattened and may be associated with the site (machinery site?).
Heritage Inventory Significance: Low archaeological significance (3) and low local historical significance.
