Heritage Inventory History of Site: This site is located on land purchased, in 1885, by Nathaniel Vick, an early orchardist in the area. The site probably dates to the late nineteenth century.Heritage Inventory Description
FORMER VICK HOUSE - Heritage Inventory Description
There is an extensive area of ruins. A slate coolroom/dairy and a shearing shed remain partly standing. Scattered brick and low mounds mark the site. There are several large cypress trees on the site./n
Heritage Inventory Significance: Moderate archaeological significance (6), there are probably in situ archaeological deposits preserved. Moderate local historical significance.
