FLOWERDALE NO.1 SAWMILL - Heritage Inventory Description
Close to the creek is a 12 x 7 metre terrace. At the eastern end of the terrace is a 25 mm bolt in place in some brickwork and there is a brick scatter nearby. An excavation, possibly a saw pit, measuring 2 x 8 x 1.5 is nearby and there is evidence for a tramway at the uphill end of this pit. 20 metres north of the excavation is another cleared terrace, an introduced tree and a small sawdust mound. The area is littered with camping refuse and old car bodies, and no complete features remain.
