MT ROBERTSON MINING BATTERY - Heritage Inventory Description
A mine shaft and the framework of a battery. The timber scaffolding is remarkably intact, and the foundations are clear, but the machinery has been removed. The shaft is 30 metres from the battery. A ladder, possibly original, remains. An incline tramway formation leads from the battery to the creek. There is an adit near the creek. A small cache of bricks (including fire brick) is located about 40 metres west of the battery.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Regional. The battery framework is an important structure in good condition.
