The Beazleys Bridge Public Hall, 6106 Ararat-St Arnaud Road, Beazleys Bridge, has a rural setting, surrounded by a grassed area and pine plantings with a backdrop of local eucalypts. The entrance to the site is marked by four gate posts but no surviving gates or fencing. The four posts are of rendered masonry with smooth rendered square bases. The main shaft is of rough cast finish with smooth rendered stop chamfers. Each shaft has a shaped marble plaque which commemorates the participation of the district in war. The upper part of the shaft is marked with a smooth rendered moulding and small marble plaque. The shaft is capped by a moulded smooth rendered capping surmounted by a banded orb on a small square base. These memorial gate posts may predate the hall and date from the 1920s.
The horizontal timber weatherboard and strapped cement sheet, 1937 public hall is characterised by a pitched gambrel roof form clad in galvanised corrugated iron. To one side of the hall is a metal tree guard with a post and sign. This memorial is to Gnr. J. H. McDonald who died of illness in 1918 in France.
