Heritage Inventory History of Site: Original crown grant made to W Morrisey of 22 acres in 1907 under the land act section 19.20 indicating the conversion of a previous licence to a lease

Heritage Inventory Interpretation: Evidently site of building of approximately 1900's date - possibly small farm, or considering the location on the junction of three main roads, possibly a shop, hotel etc.

Heritage Inventory Site Features: Main features are the very old pepper trees growing around three sides of an area of disturbed ground which has scattered bricks and timber remains. A stack of old timber (possibly from a demolished building) is in the grass to the east of the trees./nHeritage Inventory Key Components: Scattered building rubble with rows of very old peppercorn trees
