CLARKE & PEARCE NO.4 MILL (OLD) - Heritage Inventory Description
Large site with large sawdust heap (12m high and 40m in diameter). Although site is thickly overgrown features are still discernible. Sawdust chute and tramway to the dump just visible. Mill steam engine and boiler in situ but collectors have removed other features (chimney shows recent oxy-acetylene cutting scars). West of the mill site are remains of a small shed. Further two boilers located on the site.
