Cemetery: Not government gazetted cemetery, first burial 1866, last 1880.
Possible Lone Grave: Eliza Alderson June 1864

EDWARDS HILL TOWNSHIP SITE - Heritage Inventory Description
Located at the southern end of the reef system, Edwards Hill settlement was the earliest in the area. The only building left standing on site is relatively recent and made of corrugated iron.
Heritage Inventory Significance: State
Information from R.Paoletti (2012):
Cemetery: Quarts has be placed around some grave sites to mark there location. An old track has been cut-in directly through the middle of the cemetery which has disturbed some grave sites which is evidenced by rock and dirt pattern in the sides of the cut-in. site has some low vegetation growth however is mostly open and accessible. Christina Shaws grave and metal headstone is located in this cemetery.
Township: Features include ruinous chimneys, graves and mining works.
Possible Lone Grave: A Grave may be situated just to the side of the Edward reef township site, located several feet into the vegetation and marked by four wooden posts embedded to mark the site.
