The site represents an early homestead with assocaited hous, paddock and livestock husbandry infrastructure. The house remains at foundation level only and may have been bulldozed after its ruin by fire. The house ruins and livestock yards are typical of mid 19th to early 20th century small farming establishments. The stock area has been modernised to fit with the early to mid 20th century period.
