Statement of Significance
Site is of local significance only. The site has no aesthetic values, historical significance or education potential. However, it could be used as an excavation exercise for university students. The cottage was demolished in the 40s or 50s and once belonged to two spinster sisters. The site has cultural and social ties with the township of Dollar.
