HOUSE (ST IVES) - Physical Description 1
An imposing Italianate asymmetrical stuccoed villa with slate roof and faceted projecting bay. The bellcast verandah has been reconstructed using replica columns and the verandah floor has tesellated tiles set with a bluestone margin and plinth. Emphasis is given to the projecting bay by the use of round arched windows. The house is in good condition and has a moderate degree of external integrity. The front fence is sympathetic, but not original.
