Heritage Inventory History of Site: The complex was used as a household dairy.
JENKINS BARN/DAIRY - Interpretation of Site
Heritage Inventory Interpretation: The small shed built in the late 1800s, followed closely by tall shed.Construction methods are different in the 1920s and 1930s. The brick dairy was added onto the complex along with the concrete courtyard.

A complex containing a hay shed, small shed and a brick dairy. Also contains a concrete courtyard.
Heritage Inventory Significance: The brick dairy may have high significance if the bricks are terracotta lumber, as it shows use of bricks beyond the norm. Iron shed appears older - late 1800s.
Heritage Inventory Site Features: brick dairy, tall corrugated iron shed, small shed, concrete courtyard. Heritage Inventory Key Components: Brick dairy - possibly terracotta lumber bricks and a tall pitched roof, and corrugated iron hay shed.
