HOUSE - Physical Description 1
The house at 45-47 Roughead Street, Leongathais an interwar gabled fronted California Bungalow constructed of brick with a terracotta tiled roof with 'Rams Horn' finials. The roof extends at one side to form a verandah, which is supported on tapered rendered piers set on a brick balustrade with 'hit and miss' wall pattern.
The house occupies a prominent corner site at the intersection with Turner Street.
