Archaeological: The site in in fair condition. Artefact scatters in the NW corner would provide evidence of the variety of activities and resources available to this small community in rural victoria.
Historical: The site relates to historic themes, development of rural exonomies, struggling with remoteness, hardship & failure, developing Astralia's cultural life and worshipping.
Scientific: The site has potential to provide archaeological information from dump sites within the church yard, that illuminates the activities & resources of a small rural community in Victoria.
Aesthetic: The ruins are very picturesque.
Social: The site has significance to the people of Terrick Terrick East.

TERRICK TERRICK EAST CHURCH SITE - History
Methodist Church built in 1890. Rebuilt in 1950 and closed in 1960. The church was a hub of activity where many social events took place, such as a three day 'Bazar' in 1893.TERRICK TERRICK EAST CHURCH SITE - Interpretation of Site
1890-1960, functioning church, then abandoned.
