Site occupied by a pair of houses and shops owned by Denis Kenny, 1851 (& earlier). 1866 map shows building along Russell Street frontage. 1880 Panorama - rows of buildings along street1905 - three-storey building, J Jarvis, Ironworker. Present building constructed for the Beaumont Trust.
