1866 - building on site. 1880 - 2 storey building. 1888 & 1905 - 2 storey building. Brick shop pair at # 204-206. 204 leased during 1890s to You Hing Quartz Mining Co. Shops rebuilt (extended and refacaded) in 1901. Chinese occupation into the 1960s.
