Heritage Inventory Description
BARANDUDA 2 - Heritage Inventory Description
The site was not inspected or accessed in detail but a broad inspection of the location from the road - south off Chappels Road, Baranduda and east of the Kiewa River, indicates that there is no new development in the area. Google aerials further confirm that the land is relatively undeveloped, and as such is likely to continue to contain features recorded on the original inventory, including the remains of an old foundation (house?) with several upright posts sticking out of the ground (less than 1m) at roughly 1m intervals. Bricks formed right angles around the posts. Two introduced trees marked the spot.
