TUERONG PARK - Interpretation of Site
Heritage Inventory Interpretation: The site is an early pastoral station in the district and possibly the site of one of the first Aboriginal protectorates on the Mornington Peninsula. Most of the existing historic features, however, relate to the 1920's-1930's with the exception of the weeping elm and farm sheds which may date from the early 1900's. The owner of the house in the 1920-30 period is unknown.
