Mernda Heights - Physical Description 1
A single-storey weatherboard house with a hipped terracotta tiled roof. It is built on an obtuse-angled plan form and has two rendered chimneys of solid proportions framing the main entrance. It is otherwise architecturally unremarkable.
A verandah has been enclosed and widow openings altered. The house is set in a large, attractively landscaped garden planted with a variety of native and exotic species.Heritage Study and Grading
