Heritage Inventory Interpretation: Site materials indicate 1900-1920's contruction. Site was probably abandoned when Esso purchased land in 1950's.

Heritage Inventory Key Components: /nLiving cypress hedge, ruined and weathered remains of much of farmhouse (weatherboard) and some contents./nHeritage Inventory Site Features: /nVisible remains over a 10 by 30 meter area, though much more material would be obscured by dense scrub. Site can be identified by presence of cypress despite the regenerating native forest. Remains include weatherboards, machine made bricks, metal and glass.
