GNOME CO. - Heritage Inventory Description
/nThis site is in a grazing paddock. It consists of a mullock heap 20 m diameter and 4m high. There is a scatter of quartz wash evident through the grass south - west of the mullock. The depression east of this heap is probably the shaft and on the east of this depression is a collection of basalt rocks that may have been part of a setting for an engine. 100 m west of this site is a mound 5 to 6 m in diameter and 1 m high with a depression in the centre.
