SMALL DEEP LEAD MINE - Heritage Inventory Description
A small company or co-operative deep lead alluvial mine site that contains a disturbed mullock heap (15x8x2.5m) which has lost most of its shape, a horse puddling machine in poor condition with slumping internal walls within the trench, a low (0.6m) raised wall embankment/tramway leading to a slum dump fifty metres east of the puddler. This slum is spread over an area 20m by 10m and adjoins a creek.
