CULLULLERAINE FARM RUINS H1 - History
Site was part of soldier settlement scheme farmland. House was built in the 1920s and demolished c.1978. Current owners have owned property for about 2 years. Farm was previously owned by the Bailey family, some members in Mildura still. Original house was in vicinity of peppercorn trees at eastern side of site.CULLULLERAINE FARM RUINS H1 - Interpretation of Site
1920s farm complex occupied until late-1970s. Shearing shed is a more recent addition. Some of the farm machinery may date from the 1890s.

CULLULLERAINE FARM RUINS H1 - Heritage Inventory Description
Farm ruins containing shearing shed, peppercorn trees and olive trees, wooden fence posts, brick scatter and base, dump, dam, farm machinery, collapsed shed. House was demolished. Land around complex is planted with wheat.
Assessed as being of moderate significance due to rarity of recorded sites in area.

Shearing shed, exotic trees (olive and peppercorn), 2 sets of wooden fence posts, brick scatter and brick base, debris (including bicycle, seat frame and water tank), farm dump, collapsed shed, farm equipment (including a wagon and a binder) and a dam.
