Broadford Prisoner of War Camp No. 2 - Physical Description 1
Broadford POW camp No 2. Large cleared area of about three acres, terraced with evidence of buildings. There are 9 structural features and terracing. Features include a concrete spillway, a concrete weir, the floor of the original dining hall, two large boilers and a cement tankstand. Some original huts still remain, and some new buildings have been constructed.

Broadford Prisoner of War Camp No. 2 - Veterans Description for Public
Broadford Prisoner of War (Camp No. 2) is a large area of about three acres, terraced with evidence of buildings. There are nine structural features such as; a concrete spillway, a concrete weir, the floor of the original dining hall, two large boilers and a cement tank stand. Some original huts still remain, and some new buildings have been constructed. The camp was set up during the later years of the Second World War to house alien internees and later Italian prisoners of war. At the end of the war the camp was abandoned.
