1857: allotment 4 of section 5 in the Parish of STrangways was granted to John Glover.
1857: Glover conveys the land to Ellis Livock.
1865-1878: Ellis Livock listed on ratebooks as owner of house and land, occupation farmer
1870: Livock mortgaged the land to James Wearne
1879: Livock conveys the land to William Ware.
1879: William Ware listed as owner of house, occupation farmer.
