STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A brick Bungalow built in 1926. It is architecturally significant as characteristic of this style and historically significant as physical evidence of life in 1920s Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A red brick double-fronted Californian Bungalow with a broad gable-roof facing. This is clad with Marseilles pattern, unglazed terracotta tiles, finials, and chimney-pots. A minor gable projects at left, with a canted bay window, with leadlight upper sashes.
