Northcote Police Station Memorial - Veterans Description for Public
TheNorthcote Police Station Memorial Plaque, attached to the outside of the building, is dedicated to a former constable who died during the Second World War. The inscription reads, " To honour Northcote's bravest son, First Constable Rod Breavington (Corporal VX63100 RAAOC), 14.4.1904 - 2.9.1942. For his example of service and sacrifice. Unveiled on 7.6.1990 by K.Glare, Chief Commissioner."
