STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A timber 1930s villa. It is architecturally significant locally as a particularly intact it modest version ofthis domestic style and historically significant as a representative embodiment of the period.

Residence - Physical Description 1
-VISUAL DESCRIPTION A doublefronted timber, hiproofed 1930s house. The left bay projects, with a gabled porch projecting further from the angle. Its abstracted barge . boards are on brick piers and transom on corbels. Balustrade and piers are decorated with tapestry brick panels. Windows are triples projecting, with Art Deco leadlight upper sashes and hipped hoods. There are French doors decorated with Art Deco stepped motifs The garage is contemporary with house.
