C Listed - Local Significance
The finely proportioned two storey buildings was built circa 1885. It was known for many years as JR Coxon's Stationer's shop. Coxon was a former Mayor of Geelong West. It is of local significance.
POLICY/RECOMMENDATIONS:
GRPS
Restoration of the front facade if this shop, would greatly enhance the character of the building. The accompanying photograph would be used as a guide for such restoration.
