STATEMENT OF SIGNIFICANCE
A characteristic bichromatic brick symmetrical Italianate house built in 1885 and particularly intact. It is architecturally significant as representative of this domestic style and historically significant as embodying family life in late Nineteenth Century Newtown.

Residence - Physical Description 1
A symmetrical double-fronted brick Italianate house with a slate roof. This has its original ogee roof gutter over turned ogee brackets and frieze mould. The verandah, across the front has a concave skillion with triangular fretwork grillage at ends and cast-iron lace valance over a rail and brackets with timber posts and zinc Composite capitals.
Brickwork is fine, bichromatic brick symmetrical Italianate house built in 1885 and particularly intact. It is architecturally significant as representative of this domestic style and historically significant as embodying family life in late Nineteenth Century Newtown.
