Residence - Physical Description 1
A triple-fronted, gable-roofed timber Edwardian house. Bays project at centre and right side rear. Upper gables jetty on ogee brackets, clad with timbered ripple-iron. The porch is in the angle, over which the roof extends as a hip. It has a palisade frieze with an Art Nouveau fretwork panel with a lyre motif, over a rail with fretwork coved, sinuously curved brackets with a fleur-de-lis motif. The chimney has a tunnel-vaulted pot.
