Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
This is a particularly well preserved example of the 'modern' style popularized in the 1940' and 1950's. Features of this style are the parapets partly concealing the roof, the curved "waterfall" front, steel framed windows and decorative brick and stucco fence. The building has a horizontal emphasis accentuated by the incised lines in the parapet, and by the bands of dark brickwork at sill and head height. It appears to be in its original; including the chequerboard pattern on the garage door.
