Residence - Physical Description 1
The single storey brick building is now rendered and painted. It has a hipped roof which is clad in corrugated iron. The front elevation is symmetrical with a central front door and a double-hung window on either side. The window and door heads are slightly arched and may have voussoirs as seen in the house at 30 Weller Street. The chimney appears to have been rebuilt.
