House - Physical Description 1
A house with an M-hip roof clad in slate and corrugated iron at the rear. A slightly curved verandah has ornate frieze and brackets, supported by cast-iron fluted columns with Corinthian capitals. The residence is deliberately sited away from Albert Street, rather it is situated on the crest of the escarpment, looking east towards the Magpie settlement. A mature garden survives around the residence, including large Pinus radiata (Monterey Pine) at the entrance.
