Wall House - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
This is simply, a gabled roof and verandah weather boarded cottage sited close to a narrow service lane frontage. The main roof is of slate and the verandah roof, a convex profile, in corrugated iron. Old plans show a detached outbuilding in the site's south-west corner, which may be Wall's workshop.
EXTERNAL INTEGRITY
Verandah details altered and a new fence erected.
STREETSCAPE
Sited in Urban Area and Edwardian and Victorian era residential precinct, this house is identifiable as from the first government subdivision. The unusual 3 Davison Place appears to be also old but altered
