Residence - Physical Description 1
Mostly intact, weatherboard (bullnose), hipped roof now clad in profiled metal sheeting, brick chimney (now painted). Porch now partly enclosed (originally extended full width of projecting section - acc. to c.1940-54 aerial), retains 1 brick & render pier, tiled deck. Boxed framed sash windows with timber brackets, paired doors to entry. Early brick fence (now painted).
