Medical Centre - Physical Description 1
Victorian villa with Interwar period alterations (extent unclear). Rendered walls (roughcast to upper part), hipped roof now clad in tiled shape sheeting (1926 aerial indicates originally slate), rendered chimneys (1 with terracotta pots). Frontage largely Interwar period detailing but with Victorian form & entry (prominent faceted bays either side of central entry - timber door with leadlight to upper part, highlight & sidelights), recessed verandah with Tuscan order columns, concrete deck, 20th century timber sash windows.
