Residence - Physical Description 1
DESCRIPTION
Belchers Corner is a reasonably intact double storey brick parapet building sited prominently on the corner of Moorabool Street and Ryrie Street. The rendered south facade has a central bay and features fine details including a stepped skyline, flat Corinthian pilasters, intricate floral mouldings and signage on the entablature. The fenestration consists of double hung windows with small panes in the lower two thirds of the window and a recessed panel in the upper third of the window. The same windows are found on the east facade. At ground level the top of the original windows remain, however the shop fronts have been substantially altered and a canopy has been added.
