Residence - Physical Description 1
Description
306 Moorabool Street is a substantially intact Bungalow brick residence. The main feature of the building is a large gable roof hipped above the attic storey window and clad with terracotta tiles. A simple chimney projects from the ridge of the roof. The facade has large decorative timber brackets, and an entrance portico with masonry piers and painted brick details. The double hung casement windows at the side of the house feature lead light glazing, while on the front facade an aluminium framed window has replaced the original. The red brick pier and iron fence at the front of the house is a later addition.
