Residence - Physical Description 1
Partly intact, 2 storey, weatherboard, hipped roof clad in corrugated metal sheeting, central rendered chimney with projecting capping. 2 storey verandah with later lining boards to ceiling, timber framed cast iron frieze & balustrade (at least some parts appear recent) & now with concrete deck. Non-original openings to upper level verandah, tripartite timber sash window to ground level, non-original door.
