Residence - Physical Description 1
Largely intact, Spanish Mission style, roughcast render with brick plinth, hipped roof clad in terracotta tiles, curved parapet to & tiled deck, paired glazed doors. Windows & hood to facade in Serliana like format with central arched window flanked by timber sash windows all with leadlight, hood supported on barley twist columns. Section of early rendered fence with brick capping & metal gate remains.
