Residence - Physical Description 1
Partly concealed, though appears largely intact. Arts & Crafts style with prominent attic level. Brick, gable roof clad in terracotta tiles with finial, brick chimneys with terracotta pots, later dormers to side. Gable end with shingles, battened sheeting, timber window & timber brackets. Porch with exposed rafter ends, flat roof, brick piers & curved timber brackets. Timber bay windows with leadlight to top sashes, paired multi-paned timber doors. Low, rendered fence.
