Statement of Significance
Site is of local significance, of low historic and scientific significance. Has potential for elucidating, to some degree, the early occupation in this area. Scatter of fragmented artefacts - possibly relating to earlier habitation- unclear at this stage.

Possible rural domestic site, now destroyed and cleared. Also possible dump site.
Historic scatter of different materials including fragments of bottle glass, brick, ceramics, and metal [brass] etc. Site also contained some more recent ceramic pipe fragments.
