106 Westbourne Grove - Physical Description 1
106 Westbourne Grove is a single-storey double-fronted weatherboard house with a hipped corrugated iron roof. The bullnose roofed verandah is supported on turned timber posts and has an unusual cast-iron geometric patterned frieze. The eaves is bracketed. The partly glazed entrancedoor has sidelights and highlight, and is flanked by rectangular bays with casement windows. The gable at the centre ofthe verandah is roughcast and the weatherboard are shingle proftled to dado level.
The original capped picket fence appears to have been altered.
