Further research needed however the site appears to date from between 1920-50's based on materials and design (according to research so far).DAFFEY'S ROAD CULVERT - Interpretation of Site
Site appears to have formed part of an original road through the area that has since been re-aligned. However it may be a track for access put in by landowner in the past.

Site consists of a timber and concrete culvert crossing an unamed creek north of Cavendish.
Culvert and old 'road' features.
