Statement of Significance
Brick cottage: Brick Cottage,iron roof, semi-enclosed verandah, built 1899-1900.
Stables: Brick and timber stables with 18 loose-boxes probably built 1899-1900 for J V Smith, since 1920 used and extended by Victoria Police Stud.
Iron Shed: Prefabricated corrugated iron hay shed with curved roof and ventilators possibly dating from 1840-50s lease by J Boadle, who allegedly introduced short horn cattle into Victoria. See also File B2148 Bundoora Homestead.
Classified: 11/12/1975
