Statement of Significance
Rare and localised
A stand of eight trees, four in poor condition, of various sizes and age. Listed as an endangered species in Victoria, and only occurs in Brien's Gorge, Warby Ranges (1 large tree and suckers) and a stand at Boundary Bend. The trees are growing on exposed granite boulders at 310m altitude in association with Acacia doratoxylon (also uncommon in Victoria), Eucalyptus blakelyii, Eucalyptus macrorhyncha and Allocasurina verticillata.
The trees are located on private land, south-east of Springhurst at end of Naylors Road.
