Heritage Inventory Interpretation: The bridge would have been a simple wooden bridge for non-vehicular crossing of the Coliban River.

COLIBAN RIVER SWING BRIDGE REMAINS - Heritage Inventory Description
Remains of an old wooden swing bridge across the Coliban River. Only one section remains on the west bank, comprising one upright section of two wooden posts joined by a wooden diagonal. There is no evidence of the bridge on the east bank.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Low archaeological significance. High local historical significance.
