Heritage Inventory History of Site: The site is located within the block of land delineated by the stone walls of H7723-554. This land was purchased on 5/2/1855 by R.R.Turner.Heritage Inventory Description
SHALLOW DIGGINGS - Heritage Inventory Description
A shallow depression, resembling a filled mine shaft. There is a low mound of rubble and basalt fragments on the west side.
Heritage Inventory Significance: Low archaeological (2) and low local historical significance.
